For Authors, Registration fee should be paid by September 5, 2022, otherwise your paper publishing and presentation will be regrettably canceled.
For student authors, please take your student ID card with you to the conference.

Registration Fees
Payment by registrants outside Chinese mainland can ONLY be in US dollars.
Due to the COVID Pandemic, all participants outside Chinese mainland are required to attend the virtual conference, while Chinese mainland delegates are required to attend the conference on-site.

mainland participants. ** The
registration fee standard shall be applied for participants outside Chinese
mainland who are required to attend the conference virtually. 2.
Full Registration Fee includes: Admission to welcome reception, plenary, all
technical sessions, panel sessions, conference bag, lunches, coffee breaks. 3.
Students refer to undergraduate and graduate student, but not PHD student
over the age of 35. 4.
Two representatives of each PNC Member country are exempted from registration
